Housing

There is no accommodation on campus available for exchange students. However, students can easily look for an off-campus apartment through real estate agents near the North Gate of SYSU, where it is only 5 to 10 mins walk to Lingnan's classrooms and MBA buildings.

Both single or shared well-furnished apartments are available. The rent is approximately RMB2500 per month per person(with electricity and water consumption excluded).

Volunteer buddies in Lingnan will assist exchange students on looking for a comfortable apartment.

---滨江东路海琴湾宜利街2号C栋2605/3204 Both flat were really nice, the 3204 was even better and cheaper Lot of space, all furnished, air con (+ heater for the 3204 one), TV etc...

----Blue Garden was a perfect residence for students. (Blue Garden has been frequently recommended)
