SYSU-UNIGE Entrepreneur-Scholar Program

The SYSU-UNIGE Entrepreneur-Scholar Program, jointly delivered by Lingnan College and the Geneva Finance Research Institute (GFRI) of the University of Geneva (UNIGE), is a part-time doctoral program that focuses on science and technology investment and global wealth management, mainly targeting China's leading entrepreneurs and senior executives.

 

Integrating Swiss financial expertise with the industrial strengths of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the program is designed to reshape students' decision-making models, cultivate forward-thinking mindsets, and broaden their global perspectives. It enables them to capitalize on worldwide industrial transformation, and drive innovation and sustainable growth for their enterprises.

 

The program enrolled its first cohort of 20 participants in September 2025.

Themed sharing sessions are held regularly, where students take the floor to share their industry-specific expertise and practices, allowing cross-sector interactions among peers and building a platform for co-created knowledge.

Professional doctorate in Applied Finance from the University of Geneva and a Program Completion Certificate from Sun Yat-sen University
