HE Xingqiang received his Master degree in Pure Mathematics at South China Normal University in 1996 and his Ph.D degree in World Economy at Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-sen University in 2003. He is now professor of Department of Finance, Head of the Part-time Master Program at Lingnan (University) College, Sun Yat-sen University.
