Chen Ping, the professor and doctoral supervisor in Lingnan College and China Top Think Tanks: Insititue of Guangdong Hong Kong and Macao Development Studies, Sun Yat-sen University, the senior visiting scholar at the Massachusetts institute of technology, the selected candidate of “The new Century Talent Support Program” and the chief specialist in major research projects on philosophy and social sciences of the ministry of education and national social science fund. Since 2000, he has presided over 9 projects of national natural science, social science and ministry of education and more than 40 subjects at or above the provincial or ministerial level. He has published more than 60 academic papers in domestic core journals, including 8 papers in Economic Research, Management World and Journal of Management Science, which are listed as  class A journals in Sun Yat-sen University, and more than 20 papers in important journals such as World Economy and Financial Research, which are listed as A class B journal.
