Thanks to high positioning in academic research and a strong academic atmosphere, the teachers of management in our college have carried out in recent years a number of research works that are based on local Chinese practices and aim at reaching  the international first-class frontier. We are trying to share the features of Chinese management through international and international research methods. In the past four years (2014-2018), the teachers of management in Lingnan College have made great progress, publishing 19 in internationally recognized world-class academic journals (A + or A class journals such as AMJJAPORMSOMOSJCRJIBSJOBOBHDPPOM, and JOM) and 22 papers in B+ class journals, which has promoted our college's academic reputation and international influence and made important contributions to the discipline construction of Sun Yat-sen University. In particular, this group of young teachers is rapidly developing, and their research results are gradually accepted by more and more international first-class academic journals. Looking towards the future, teachers of management in our college have continued to send out academic papers to well-known international journals (e.g. MSOMJAP), many of which are on the second or third round of edits. They are expected to achieve further success.
