摘 要：
Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) are hot all over the world, especially in China. In this paper, we try to conduct the first battery, to our best knowledge, of empirical studies and understand the commonalities of ICOs.
报告人介绍：
Prof. Evgeny Lyandres is a star in theoretical and empirical corporate finance. His papers are published in top academic journals including Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Review of Finance, Management Science, and Journal of Business, among many more. He is now an associate editor of Journal of Corporate Finance.
