An Empirical Investigation of the Founder CEO Effect on Entrepreneurial Firms' Intention to Go Public in Emerging Markets

报告人简介：Xiaoyu Zhou, Ph.D. candidate of Business Administration at the IPHD program, Guanghua School of Management, Peking University, will defend his dissertation by May 2014. His research focuses on understanding the influences of institutional factors on entrepreneurs and their strategic decision-making processes. He has published on Journal of Business Ethics. Several works are under review of Journal of Management Studies and Strategy Management Journal. His research paper has received the Best Paper Award in the doctoral consortium of China Marketing Science annual meeting, and was invited to present in the Marketing Scholar Forum.
