Action Learning
Lingnan international MBA program integrates Action Learning in the core of its curriculum. International MBA students are assigned with specific projects that emphasize the application of traditional classroom learning into real-life settings while addressing critical business issues faced by corporate clients.
The MIT-China Lab projects are mini-consulting projects sponsored by corporate partners, and every year Lingnan IMBA students and MIT Sloan MBA students benefit from the opportunity to work together. Another similar program is in collaboration with Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. In 2018, MBA students finished nine project-based learning projects, including two MIT-China Lab projects and one project in collaboration with Carlson School of Management.
