明尼苏达大学卡尔森管理学院宣布：全球商业策划书项目（Global Team Project, GTP）将在10月7日正式上演，这一跨学科合作项目将汇集来自CEMBA、VEMBA和CHEMBA的在校学生。

我们诚挚地邀请您——无论是创业者还是经营者——带着您的创新想法加入这场国际商界的头脑风暴。 如果您正面临一个令您夜不能寐的商业难题：也许是如何进入一个新的国际市场，找到新的客户群体，或是开启一段崭新的风险投资之旅；这些都是GTP可以助你一臂之力的地方。我们的GTP学生小组急切期待听到您的创意并为您提供实实在在的经验分享和专业知识支持。让我们一起为突破传统思维设限携手前行，在全球化的舞台上扬帆远航！

This year's Global Team Project (GTP) will be launched on October 7 for our current students. We are reaching out to alumni to submit ideas for groups to consider. If you have an interesting business challenge that involves international market activities (entering a new market internationally, addressing a new target group, starting a new venture) where you want to benefit from the experience and knowledge of current GTP students, then share it with us. To submit a GTP project idea, go to https://z.umn.edu/GTPAlumni2024. An example of a project description is included below and the deadline to submit is August 23.

Any alumni whose ideas are selected as a group project will be notified and connected with the students. An initial meeting will be facilitated with the GTP group and the alumni to answer any questions. Alumni will not be involved in the project itself but will be invited to the final presentations in May 2025 if their project is selected. Alumni will have the opportunity to provide some relevant data to the GTP group. If a match between an alumni project and GTP group is made, non-disclosure agreements will be signed by the students and the alumni. BiliRoo is a low-cost, non-electric medical device to treat neonatal jaundice in low-resource settings. It provides clinically proven filtered sunlight phototherapy in conjunction with essential kangaroo care (prolonged skin-to-skin contact between parent and child). It is designed in response to the 6 million infants a year who lack the necessary phototherapy equipment needed to treat their jaundice.

这个独特的平台连接了来自奥地利、中国和美国的顶尖商学学者，在构建海外市场的商业策略过程中，培养他们的团队精神与战略思维。学生们分组致力于构思并发展具有全球视野的产品或服务，不仅挑战个体的思维边界，而且还是一场深入实践各种经营管理技能--从战略规划到财务分析再到领导力发挥的综合演练。该项目通过紧密合作，在八个月的项目周期后凝结成一份综合、切实可行的商业策划书，并最终在第二学年5月于明尼苏达大学双城校区卡尔森管理学院进行呈现与评估。

这不仅仅是一个课程里程碑作品的展现时刻；它更是一种深刻体验—跨大洲协作涵盖沟通模式、冲突解决及文化适配挑战的学习旅程。对于参与其中的许多EMBA学生来说，这一独特体验不仅是极具挑战性的部分，却同样也是收获最为丰富的历程之一；这是卡尔森管理学院GEMBA中最重要的教学理念之一；将知识应用于实践中，并从中获得真实世界的经验教训和洞察力。

 

Tips

Global Team Project

1. 从项目启动时就和组员沟通确认好“游戏规则”，让项目能更顺利地开展；

2. 相对而言，美国同学擅长展示，维也纳的同学善于架构搭建，而中国同学在项目构思方面有着特别的天赋，取长补短能够让项目结果取得更好的成绩；

3. 在每次小组会议结束后，对讨论的结果进行总结归纳，能避免因文化差异而导致的误解，让每次讨论都起到更好的效果。
