【 Why CHEMBA? 】师资力量篇

很多申请人与招生人员咨询入读CHEMBA项目的时候，都会提问项目相关的一些信息，小编整理了相关材料，供各位大家参考。今天公众号推出师资力量篇，中山大学—明尼苏达大学国际EMBA (CHEMBA) 是中外合作办学高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位教育项目。该项目全英文授课，采用中外教师Co-Teach的授课模式，双方教师共同备课，编写教学大纲、确定教学用书与教程资料，再分别准备各自授课的内容共同参与讲解。

CHEMBA师资力量

CHEMBA项目的课程由17门课程共计51学分组成，为期20个月，其中包括两周时间前往美国明尼苏达大学参与课程学习、全球商业计划毕业答辩、企业参访及毕业典礼。每门课为32学时，一个月内连续两个周末共四天完成，全英语授课。第一学年的课程有助于增进学员对组织行为和决策的了解；第二学年的课程旨在提升学员处理更广阔商业环境中管理上错综复杂挑战的能力。

The first academic year provides students with the core curriculum of the EMBA program, facilitating an in-depth examination of the functions of the organization. Courses in the second academic year are designed to expand on complex management challenges and the larger context of the business environment.
