CHEMBA allow me to realize my potential. Even in the stressful work, I still can maximize time effiecincy, e.g. leverage transportation time to study. This becomes my habit up till now.

CHEMBA has brought me to a higher level to think and resolve the problem structurally. I reapplied the biggest learning to the work from the each EMEA course. Personal improvement is completed unconsciously over time.
