【学生感想】
时光荏苒，转眼瞬间从2006年踏入中大EMBA学习至今已经15年了。回想起当年自己刚结束一周忙碌工作，又投进EMBA学习，挑灯夜战苦赶作业的那一幕，既辛苦又开心。虽说紧张，但从丰富精彩的学习过程中，内心获得的感触颇为深刻。
两年的学习过程中，CHEMBA中外合作办学的模式开拓了我的国际视野，并有机会亲身感受国际一流公司的管理经验。我全面系统学习了企业的战略管理、营销管理、人力资源管理、信息管理、成本运营分析、项目管理等各方课程，从而对企业管理有了一个新的认知，不仅给予了自己一个再教育，提升自己综合能力的机会，还给自己在实际企业管理工作中打开了新的思维模式格局。这里有优秀资深的老师团队以及社会上各行各业的精英同学们汇聚课堂，老师传授的每一堂课以及每一次与同学们一起完成的项目讨论，都带给我不一样的学习体会，收益匪浅，扩充了自己的视野，也找到了自己的差距，同时感受到新的科技前沿的创新以及所带来的问题和应具备的解决分析决策能力。
难忘在美国开展的中外联合项目团队的毕业实践，我们与三地的同学就Segway（一种电动双轮车）在中国的推广方案进行了深入研究和探索。参观和学习了世界500强知名企业的经营理念和管理模式，体验到科技创新对改变人们生产生活方式的引领作用，同时挖掘出自身的管理潜力并不断地增强了自信心。我现在能够实际管理好一个地区的企业并不断取得新的进步，为社会做出贡献，许多得益于在CHEMBA的学习经历，当时付出的艰辛和努力没有辜负，前景更值期待。
中大CHEMBA学习提供在读期间的学习平台，有幸结识一群来自不同行业的同学们，毕业后也能参与不定期的各种各样活动，既能巩固大家之间的情谊，也可以相互分享企业经营管理经验和感悟，增强彼此之间在社会上的共同资源。与其说是提供一种交流平台，不如说是为大家提供了终身学习的课堂，让同学们再续芳华。
最后值此2021年CHEMBA项目喜迎20周年的一年，我衷心祝愿中大EMBA越办越好，赢得桃李满天下，不断为社会输送优秀的管理人才。
My hard but happy CHEMBA school life is still fresh in my memory, it has been 15 years since 2006. Time flies always faster than we hope. It was very busy time, but I learned so much.
The CHEMBA program gave me not only an international vision, but also an intensive insight of world-class companies. We studied Strategic Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Information Management, Cost Operation Analysis, and Project Management, etc., improved my capability of enterprise management comprehensively and systematically. While having a chance back to school, a new structure of enterprise management also grew up in my mind.
Experienced teachers and elite classmates from different industries got together, classes and group discussions, every time we met brought me different learning experiences, opened my mind and encouraged me to work even harder. At the same time, I felt the innovations of new technologies, saw the problems and gained the ability to solve them.
I can't forget the graduation practice of Chinese-foreign joint project teams in U.S. We have conducted an in-depth research on the product plan of Segway, an electric two-wheeled vehicle, in China with our teammates from three cities. We visited the world's top 500 famous enterprises, studied their business philosophy and management systems, experienced how new technologies changing the world. It helped me on finding my hidden capabilities and more self-confidence. Today, I am managing a regional enterprise and contentiously making new achievements, contributing to the society. I am proud of myself and I knew how much I benefited from CHEMBA experience.
CHEMBA program is a great platform for our life-long learning. We were classmates and we are now friends and partners. After graduation, we can still participate in various activities, keep the friendship, and share our working and life experience with each other.
