【学生感想】

        通过CHEMBA两年的学习，除了对工商企业管理的课程进行了一个比较系统的梳理学习；在许多名师的指导下和同学高手们的交流学习中，我的知识和技能， 视野和商业人脉等也得到很大的提升，主要体现在以下几方面：

1.拥有开阔的国际视野

学校聘请的教授都是全球知名院校的各行各业专家，不光学术上有一定的造诣，还实际的企业管理经历。他们开阔的知识和视野，让我在短短时间内明白了以前许多不能接触的东西。思考问题的角度和方法都多元化了。另外学校也经常组织国内外拓展活动和交流，这激发了我们的潜能，磨练了我们的意志力和人格。学校为我们安排的企业调研活动，通过和企业交流，为我们学以至用提供了一个很好的平台。

2.建立了良好的商业人脉网络

这里聚集的都是各行各业的精英，有企业家，有企业里的高层管理者，社会精英等。和同学们在一起交流的时间是最难得的，不仅能了解到各行各业的发展，更重要的是能互相能吸取各自的精华，加深大家间的情感，这无非是将来事业发展的一笔宝贵的财富。

3为将来事业奠定了基础

CHEMBA的学员都是来自不同行业、不同企业的管理人员，CHEMBA班为我们搭建了一个大家相互沟通学习一个平台。通过课堂的交流讨论，我们能分享别人的管理经验。

        CHEMBA的学习是一个主动的过程，需要我们积极主动地去参与团队学习，善于表达自己的观点。在前几堂课时，大家都较为沉默，怕“枪打出头鸟”。而到后来，随着意识的改变和现场气氛的感染，很多平时沉默寡言的学员也加入到讨论的行列，人人都在“抢当出头鸟”。CHEMBA学习也为我们提供了锻炼理性思维的机会：课堂提问与解答、案例研究、小组项目(分析与演示)等，都需要我们去独立思考、独创地去学习，并在过程中学会一套分析问题和解决问题的方法。还有，毕业前在美国的实习和毕业论文答辩，是人生中最难忘的经历之一 - 同学们在一起共同学习分享交流，没有国界，没有高低或利益，只有欢乐美好的集体回忆。

        有了这次CHEMBA的学习经历，我坚信，我们将来的事业和人生必定有一个更高更好的发展！值此20周年的荣耀时刻，我和我们CHEMBA8全体同學️CHEMBA精英传承，基业常青，不忘初心，为中国下一个20年至百年的荣耀与辉煌，贡献才智和领袖精英。

It has been 20 years since I have had the honor to join the CHEMBA program, which was built by Carlson School of Management of the University of Minnesota and Lingnan College of Sun Yat-sen University. It is the most beneficial and the proudest thing in my life. Although I had worked in P&G, one of the top 500 companies in the world, for many years, and had received professional management training and practice, after two years' study in CHEMBA, I got the chance to systematically comb the course of business management. With the guidance of many famous teachers, my knowledge and skills, vision and business contacts have also been greatly improved, and every bit of my study has become a wonderful memory in my life.

Through CHEMBA's two-year study, in addition to a systematic study of the course of business management, my knowledge and skills, vision and business contacts have also been greatly improved under the guidance of many famous teachers, which mainly reflected in the following aspects:

1 Have a broad international perspective

Professors employed by the school are experts from all walks of life in world-renowned universities, who not only have certain academic attainments, but also have practical experience in business management. Their broad knowledge and vision made me understand many things in a very short time. The perspectives and methods of thinking are diversified. In addition, overseas activities and exchanges at home and abroad were organized very often, which stimulated our potential and hone our willpower and personality. The enterprise research activities arranged by our school  also provide a good platform for us to learn and use through communication with enterprises.

2 Established a good business network

All gathered here are elites from all walks of life, including entrepreneurs, senior managers in enterprises and social elites. Communicating with fellow students is a rare time worth cherishing. Not only could we learn about the development of all walks of life, but more importantly, we could learn from each other's best and deepen our feelings. This is definitely a valuable asset for our future career development.

3 Laid a solid foundation for the future career

Students are all managers from different industries and enterprises. CHEMBA has built a platform for us to communicate and learn from each other. Through classroom communication and discussion, we can share other people's management experience.

CHEMBA learning is an active process, which requires us to actively participate in team learning and be good at expressing our views. In the first few classes, everyone was relatively silent, afraid of "sticking our head out". Later, with the change of consciousness and the infection of the scene atmosphere, many students who are usually taciturn began to join the discussion, and everyone was trying to be in the first place. 

CHEMBA learning also provides us with the opportunity to exercise rational thinking: classroom questioning and answering, case studies, group projects (analysis and demonstration), etc., all of which required us to think independently and study creatively, and learn a set of methods to analyze and solve problems in the process. In addition, the internship and thesis oral defense in America before graduation is one of the most unforgettable experiences in my life, students learned, shared and exchanged knowledge with each other without borders, leaving only happy collective memories behind.

With this study experience of CHEMBA, I firmly believe that our future career and life will have a higher and better development. On this glorious occasion of the 20th anniversary, all of our classmates CHEMBA8 and I wish a brighter future. CHEMBA is surely to keep an initiative mind and contribute talents and leaders to the glory and brilliance of China in the next 20 to even 100 years.
