The Seventh POMS-HK International Conference
The Seventh POMS-HK International Conference will be jointly organized by The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the University of Macau from January 9 to 10, 2016 . The venue of the conference is on the new campus of the University of Macau. Under the theme Innovation-driven Services and Operations , this conference intends to provide a platform for exchanging research ideas, industry practice, and managerial insights on the latest innovation in the operations of service and production systems, and its cross-discipline research with other areas such as accounting, finance, behavioral economics, psychology, health care, and information systems.
You are invited to submit abstracts/ papers that focus on any of the following or related topics.

Abstract Submission
· Abstracts should include a title, names and affiliations of all authors (please indicate the presenting author), and 3-5 keywords. Please also select at least one topic from the list on the Call for Papers webpage. The length of an abstract should be no more than 100 words.
· All submitted abstracts will be reviewed. Accepted abstracts will be published on the conference website only if the presenting authors register for the conference.
· Abstracts should be submitted by email to pomshk.2016@
