由大连理工大学管理与经济学部发起，日本国立香川大学经济学部与中国大连理工大学共同主办的“第九届（2017）金融风险与公司金融国际研讨会(FRCFM2017)”将于2017年7月1-2日在日本国立香川大学召开。

    本届研讨会由美国新泽西州州立大学Rutgers商学院著名的金融学专家吴仰儒教授担任学术委员会主任，由日本国立香川大学经济学部姚峰教授和中国大连理工大学管理与经济学部李延喜教授担任组委会联席主席，本次会议由日本国立香川大学经济学部承办。参加本届国际会议的嘉宾主要有国内外金融风险与公司金融领域的专家学者、高校研究人员，国内外金融机构代表（商业银行、期货机构、证券公司等），知名企业的财务高管人员等。

    在此，本届研讨会学术委员会、组委会所有成员诚挚地欢迎国内外同仁届时光临。希望在您的支持与帮助下，通过本届会议提供的沟通、交流与合作平台，促进金融风险与公司金融领域的研究，同时也为您的学术研究提供有价值的建议。

Distinguished specialists and scholars,

       The 9th (2017) International Conference on Financial Risk and Corporate Finance Management, launched by Faculty of Management and Economics of Dalian University of Technology and sponsored jointly by Faculty of Economics of Kagawa University and Dalian University of Technology, will be held at Kagawa University in Japan from 1 July to 2 July, 2017.

       The conference will appoint Professor Wu Yangru, an eminent expert in finance at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, USA, as director of academic committee, and appoint Professor Yao Feng from Faculty of Economics, Kagawa University, Japan and Professor Li Yanxi from Department of Management and Economics, Dalian University of Technology, China as co-chairmen of organizing committee. The conference will be hosted by Faculty of Economics, Kagawa University, Japan. Specialists and researchers in fields of financial risk and corporate finance management and scholars in fields concerned are expected to attend the conference. Representatives of domestic and foreign financial institutions such as commercial banks, future companies and securities agencies, as well as senior financial executives in established enterprises will also attend.　

       On behalf of the membership of academic committee and organizing committee of the conference, we would like to extend our earnest welcome to your coming. With your support and assistance, we hope to see advancement of research on financial risk management through the exchange and co-operation platform provided by this conference, and valuable suggestions on your academic study.

The proceedings will be indexed by CPCI-S/CPCI-SSH (originally called ISTP/ISSHP) and CNKI.
